ConnectPRO's Limited Warranty

DR-1000 comes with a One-Year Warranty. Master-IT PRO KVM switches include a 3 year warranty; SUN and USB: 2 years; StreamLine Console: 1 year; Video Splitters: 1 year; and all Premium Cables: Lifetime warranty.

Return and RMA Policy

When returning a product purchased directly from us and within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund (excluding freight/insurance), credit, or an exchange. Any non-defective merchandise Return may be assessed a restocking fee. There will be no refunds after 30 days. For refunds, replacements, or repairs - contact a support representative for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please provide us with your customer account, invoice number, part number, serial number, and description or explanation regarding nature of problem.  Our standard procedure is to ship RMA replacements via UPS Ground once the defective part has been received. Customer will pay return shipping to us, and difference for special shipping method when repaired or replacement item is returned to customer. 

For International Customers: If product is purchased through a reseller, in the case of an RMA the customer as usual is expected to pay return shipping costs.  In addition, if no problems or defects are found the customer may also be expected to pay for the product to be shipped back to them.

Refunds may sometimes be issues back onto the credit card used for purchase, but at ConnectPRO's discretion may be issued as a check.
