For technical support on your ConnectPRO product, you can email your issue to support@connectpro.com. Be sure to state your issue in detail along with any relevant details concerning the computers connected to the product, what Operating Systems are being used, and what type of mouse you have. For switches, state the Serial and Firmware Revision numbers, both located under the switch. Also state who you purchased the product from or if it was directly purchased through us; and give your name, phone number, and physical address if applicable. Warranty

DR-1000 comes with a One-Year Warranty. Master-IT PRO KVM switches include a 3 year warranty; SUN and USB: 2 years; StreamLine Console: 1 year; Video Splitters: 1 year; and all Premium Cables: Lifetime warranty.

Return and RMA Policy

When returning a product purchased directly from us and within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund (excluding freight/insurance), credit, or an exchange. Any non-defective merchandise Return may be assessed a restocking fee. There will be no refunds after 30 days. For replacements or repairs, contact support for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please provide us with your customer account, invoice number, item number, and description and explanation regarding nature of problem.  Our standard procedure is to ship RMA replacements via UPS Ground. Customer will pay return shipping to us, and difference for special shipping method when returned to customer. 

For International Customers: If product is purchased through a reseller, in the case of an RMA the customer as usual is expected to pay return shipping costs.  In addition, if no problems or defects are found the customer may also be expected to pay for the product to be shipped back to them.
