For technical support on your ConnectPRO product, you can email your issue to support@connectpro.com.
Be sure to state your issue in detail along with any relevant details
concerning the computers connected to the product, what Operating
Systems are being used, and what type of mouse you have. For switches,
state the Serial and Firmware Revision numbers, both located under the
switch. Also state who you purchased the product from or if it was
directly purchased through us; and give your name, phone number, and
physical address if applicable. You can also reach support at
