16-port Remote KVM Access

The DR-116K is an 16-port Remote KVM switch that was built upon DR-1000 technology. Essentially it is a 16-port KVM switch that is integrated with our DR-1000, providing a total-solution for many users looking to control up to 16 servers remotely. With this solution, less configuration is involved upon installation. An added benefit is the included 6 and 10' KVM cables designed with rack-management in mind. The included cables are all-in-one thinly designed cables with a DB15 connector going into the switch and on the opposite end connecting into each server are two PS/2 connectors for Keyboard and mouse, and another DB15 connector for video.

Much like it's brother, the DR-1000, this product provides a type of access unparalleled with software solutions on the market. From anywhere remotely, you can login to the DR-18K and control your servers down to the hardware level. You're able to operate in and out of the Operating System, in the BIOS, command-line, and even safe-mode. This solution's control is entirely independent of the Operating System.

It's simple to install one DR-116K in your organization, and it's almost just as simple to install any larger quantity of DR-18K, DR-1000, and DR-116K. The learning curve for the DR-devices configuration is reasonably shallow and all three DR-devices can be managed and accessed from the DR-MGR Central Management Solution.
